Sam is a problem. I'm a captain of a vessel here in Hawaii. When ever there is a storm or an emergency and your trying to get people out of it. Things are braking and you need your team to think fast and come up with solutions and there is always a Sam shooting everything down without offering a fix. I always tell my crew push the idea up please. Up. Not down. I don't wanna hear why it won't work without you also offering a work around.
